Sore is the debut album of TheRemedy and it brings some attention to it, All songs were recorded in the Cat's Cage studio in Novi Ligure, engineered by Francesco Salvadeo, lead tech in video/audio systems (tecnovox) and former founder and  guitar player in the prog bands Loreweaver and Critical Failure. Even as a debut album the sound of "Sore" is granitical yet dynamic, adding range of emotions throughout all the songs.

The album presents 10 tracks of "unlabeled" metal that crosses genres surfing from a heavy powerful "Pantera-ish" style to a softer AOR in the venis of Alter Bridge. The leading female voice though adds a total different flavour bringing clean inspired vocals and hoarse, rough growlings to the mix, a strange combinations that give TheRemedy the chance so sign for the TriadRec label to publish it.

Each song represents some sort of pain, of anguish that we all feel each everyday, when we are sore from a bad day feeling rage or a sense of loneliness that overwhelmes  leaving us impotent or tired

Sometimes the last grace resides in music, sometimes the only strenght we find to face the bad times, the injustices of the world or simply the sense od solitude it's a good song that aids us to dance over our problems, it's not a definitive healing for sure we know, but a temporary remedy that can drive us to the end of the day! So why not trying this "Remedy"?It's not mandatory at all!
